By engaging Honest Escape VIP services, you agree to these terms. Our luxury travel planning services are provided subject to availability and confirmation from our partner providers.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit and are subject to our cancellation policy. Final payment is due 30 days before travel. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 60+ days before travel: 10% fee. 30-59 days: 25% fee. 15-29 days: 50% fee. Less than 15 days: 100% fee. Some suppliers may have stricter policies.

4. Liability

Honest Escape VIP acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of suppliers or for any injury, damage, or loss.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. We can provide recommendations but are not responsible for coverage decisions.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
